Error messageNotice: unserialize(): Error at offset 31 of 32 bytes in variable_initialize() (line 920 of C:\web\drupalbase\includes\bootstrap.inc).
On Saturday, February 16, the Fairview Speech and Debate team will be hosting its fifth annual Fairview Fling Tournament! Fairview is located about ten minutes away from the University of Colorado on the Skip line at 1515 Greenbriar Blvd. This tournament serves as one of the team's main fundraisers for participation in weekly tournaments around the state and at state and national qualifying tournaments. If you have experience with forensics or speech, great! If not, you will still be qualified to judge several events with just five minutes of training. Students will be competing in a wide variety of events including interpretation of drama, interpretation of poetry, interpretation of humor, and creative storytelling, policy debate, value debate, and debate on current events. Judges are needed from 7:30am until 7pm for up to eight rounds of debate or speaking events, but judges do not have to stay all day and you can show up in the middle of the day to help. You will be sure to be impressed and assuredly will be well fed. Plus, we'll pay $8 per round!
If you are interested in judging, please fill out a short form here: http://tinyurl.com/ac53ldj to give us an idea of how many judges we still need to recruit.
